Intro to Tech/Technical Sidemount
Intro to Tech or Technical Sidemount are introductory courses for technical diving. I require that students have taken one of these courses before any further technical training.
These are two separate courses, but they are generally taught together. Students in this course will conduct decompression dives during training at depths up to 45 meters (150 feet).
Cavern and cave diving require exacting buoyancy control and precision. My goal is to prepare you for these courses, but because I don’t have easy access to these environments, I don’t believe that I’d ever do my students justice were I to teach these courses. Therefore, I will arrange trips to Mexico and Florida where my students can take courses from world-renowned instructors.
